Linda Galietta, MS
Linda Galietta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education as well as a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. She provides a variety of counseling services to both women and men and specializes in those who have been newly diagnosed with cancer as well as post treatment patients. Linda serves individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, fear and grief, adjustment to life changes and family/friends of those dealing with a cancer diagnosis. As a mother, wife and breast cancer survivor herself, Linda has the personal experience to help those struggling to cope with and manage a life changing diagnosis. She encourages and empowers personal growth by providing clients' with the tools and perspective required to achieve greater self-awareness, confidence and strength.
Linda is a warm, compassionate, and supportive person who provides a safe and caring environment that fosters healing and growth. She employs a varied approach to treatment, which enables her to tailor ones therapy to their specific needs and personality.
Linda has valuable experience in a variety of treatment settings including community based mental health, elementary and post-secondary school counseling.
